growth in responsible citizenship, learning, appreciation of differences, personal wellness, and involvement.
Respond to the academic, personal, and emotional concerns of residents in a timely fashion.
Maintain resident privacy with issues of a personal and/or sensitive nature.
Make necessary referrals for resident students to on and off campus service providers.
Serve on duty in the hall as part of a regular duty rotation.
Promote resident accountability for behavior by confronting violations and consistently enforcing university
policy compliance.
Complete all administrative tasks (including individual resident contacts, paperwork, etc.) in a timely manner with
demonstrated and careful attention to detail.
Work effectively both individually and as a collaborative contributor to the team.
