Provide consistent daily leadership to a coed/single gender floor of (up to) 45 male/female undergraduate
students in a building/complex with a total population of (up to) 700.
Assess resident needs, plan, execute and evaluate interactive and developmental programs to facilitate resident
growth in responsible citizenship, learning, appreciation of differences, personal wellness, and involvement.
Respond to the academic, personal, and emotional concerns of residents in a timely fashion.
Maintain resident privacy with issues of a personal and/or sensitive nature.
Make necessary referrals for resident students to on and off campus service providers.
Serve on duty in the hall as part of a regular duty rotation.
Promote resident accountability for behavior by confronting violations and consistently enforcing university
policy compliance.
Complete all administrative tasks (including individual resident contacts, paperwork, etc.) in a timely manner with
demonstrated and careful attention to detail.
Work effectively both individually and as a collaborative contributor to the team.
