Directions for Group Curl Up:

1)

Have students lay on back. Knees bent.


2)

Form a circle with all of their toes

3)

touching in the center


Curl up then pass the ball.

4)

5)

reathe in through nose going up.


Breathe out through mouth going
down.

Perform 10 passes in
one minute! Ready? Go!
