Monday: Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee meeting on February 7, 2011 will review 4 development proposals: 1) A proposal to subdivide a 0.92 acre lot in Bradley Hills into 1 lot. 2) A proposal to subdivide a 1.01 acre lot in Willerburn Acres into 2 lots. 3) A proposal for an 18.14 acre medical office building on 9800 Medical Center Drive. 4) A proposal to subdivide a 26.48 acre property in Germantown into 172 residential lots. The next Development Review Committee meeting will be on February 28, 2011.
