Market Analysis
Unorganised laundry walas can be seen in every nook and corner of the Jammu city and even in the
towns. The domestic engineers also prefer to employ help to do the clothes. So market potential for
this project is huge – what is required is commitment, quality of service and quick response time.

cloth is 8/- , jeans – 10, Jacket – 20 and so on (wash + iron).

Location
We would like to start the service from Jammu city nearby Bakshi Nagar area of Jammu city. Our
reason for selecting this region is its central location and its nearness to GMC Hospital. Because of
GMC our company will be highly benefitted coz
a. Patients and their relatives who are all from every corner of jammu region will know our
brand.
b. Hospital staffs clothes can be easily cater – a nice small permanent market.
c. Hospital laundry orders can be catered.
d. It is centrally located thus we can cover from Shastri Nagar to Janipur region very easily.
