Computer Lab Rules and Regulations

COMPUTER LAB RULES & REGULATIONS

General

1. Food and drink are not allowed in the computer lab.

2. Smoking is prohibited in the computer lab.

3. Computer lab is used for academic activities only.

4. Programme using sound or music CDs may be used in


the lab only with effective headsets.

5. Do not attempt to circumvent the security protections


included with any of the software applications.

6. Do not change cable in the computer lab, even on a


temporary basis.

7. Do not install your own software.

8. Personal files left on the computer lab will be deleted.

9. Students need to reserve a computer for duration of 2


hours for a session and subsequence usage, depends
on availability.

10. You must immediately report any virus warning to the


Lab Assistant.

11. All user must logoff the computer once used.

12. Games and chatting are not allowed in any of the


computers.

13. Offenders may be banned from the lab immediately even


the assignment is due.

14. Do not remove furniture (chairs, computer, table/desk,


etc) from the computer lab.

Computer Lab Hours:


Monday – Sunday : 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
