Pleat 17 rows; design requires 138 pleats Backsmock: rows 6 through 10 Rows 1 & 15: Feather stitch Stacked cable hearts: Row 2 1/2 & 13 3/4: Begin with a down cable on pleat 1 and cable across row. Row 2 3/4 & 13 1/2: Begin with an up cable on pleat 1 and cable across row. Finish tops and bottoms of hearts by stacking cables according to graph. Row 4 1/4: Begin with an up cable on pleat one and stitch 3-step trellis down to row 5, cable one, 3-step trellis back up to row 4 1/4. Continue across row with 3-step trellis. Row 12: Work mirror image of row 4 1/4 between rows 12 and 11 1/4. Cable Flowerettes: Work 6 cable flowerettes along 3-step trellis as per graph. Floral Heart: Work free style bullion roses, lazy daisies and French knots to form central heart.
