Development Review Agenda 10/17/11

The Development Review Committee will meet on October 17, 2011 at 9:30 AM to review four development proposals. The proposals include: 1) a 2 lot subdivision of 4.14 acres on Chandlee Mill Road, 2) a 2 lot subdivision of 0.97 acres on Greenway Property, 3) a 1 lot subdivision of 2.14 acres on Bethesda Center, and 4) a 1 lot subdivision of 0.99 acres on the Tschand Property. The November 7th DRC meeting has been cancelled, and the next meeting will be on November 28, 2011.
