XII. Doctors Order

The doctor's orders include admitting the patient under their service and establishing a designated doctor. Tests such as vital sign monitoring every 4 hours, dietary assessment, IV access via venoclysis, urinalysis, CBC, and starting IV fluids and chemotherapy drug fluorouracil are also ordered. The patient is to be referred to and medications including metoclopromide and tramadol are prescribed as needed for vomiting. Breathing treatments are also ordered.
