Booth/Space Information
Space allotted for each booth is approx. 10x10 and will include one table and 2 chairs. You can bring more tables, racks, or other shelving as long as you can keep it within the allotted space. Fee $20 __________ There is a limited access to electricity first come first served. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords. BCBC Home & Small Business Expo Vendor Guidelines
We are pleased to welcome you to the first annual BCBC Home & Small Business Expo! This is a great opportunity to promote your business or organization to our diverse community . Please read and initial the following guidelines and return this page with your registration form. As a vendor, your booth/space must be set up, staffed and ready to operate by 9:00 am. The event will be held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Tear down will begin no earlier than 4:00 pm and needs to be completed by 6:00 pm Vendors must provide necessary equipment to operate their booth. One table and two chairs will be provided. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area. We do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items. We reserve the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal, pornographic, or those considered offensive. Please do not display any merchandise that would be inappropriate for children. This is a family friendly event. Any decision made by the event organizer is final. Vehicles must be parked in approved areas. Designated areas for offloading and loading will be marked. All fees are non-refundable and must be paid when the booth application is submitted. Please make checks payable to: Trish Morris and write in the memo area BCBC Vendor Event. If needed, an invoice can be sent electronically. Payment can be accepted by PayPal, or debit/credit card. This is a tobacco/alcohol free facility/event.
