Planning & controlling material for daily, weekly & monthly production target. Supervising, assessing as well as preparing material inward, stock, issue, return, outward and inventory. Daily checking of incoming GRR & PDI reports. Contribution to achieve zero pending monthly GRRs status. Visit to supplier end to resolve Quality issues. Coordination between QA and vendor in case of field failure issues. Planning for Long lead times items to avoid shortages. Production targets achievements given by managements by providing right quality of material in right time at right place. Ensuring optimum inventory levels without hampering the production/ project operations and preparing reports for the same.
Ensuring the proper storage of material & carrying out physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Work with suppliers to identify root causes of quality problems. Planning and scheduling the parts development for all proto evaluations event and ensure to meet the schedule program. Review and approval of supplier tooling and fixtures in term of quality, capacity & product quality. Validation of tooling & fixture by taking tryout at suppliers end, then only the tooling finalization is department one. Solving all the issue related to inwardings the materials in plants like store location,ASN .
Arranging and coordinating with Transport Management team for picking the parts from venders end to run the production.
