WESTERN REFRIGERATION COMPANY OVERVIEW Founded in 1972 by Mr. Bhupinder Singh Machre.

. Initially began with trading and imports of various types of metals, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning equipment and their spare parts. Forayed into the beverages industry in 1992 with the importation and supply of the first beverages dispenser to Pepsi Foods Limited. Has grown manifolds within this industry to become the preferred equipment supplier and a leader in the commercial refrigeration business since then. Present operations span across our Production facilities, Importation and Trading Business with various international affiliations and a National Service Network consisting of 33 offices all over India. Installed capacity of over 2,00,000 units per annum. Committed to the development and manufacture of products that are eco-friendly.

The company uses it's service infrastructure for asset tracking of all customer assets and regular feedback. Results in a lower loss percentage of 3% to 4% as compared to the beverage industry average of 7.5% to 10% . FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS The companys revenues have been growing at a CAGR of around 5 % over the last 3 years. Hoshizaki Electric, a Japanese company has acquired a 50.01 % stake which was bought for $50 million. Recurring expenses on R&D amounted to Rs. 3.43 lakhs which is around 0.02% of Sales. The company has a debt heavy capital structure with a Debt-Equity Ratio of 1.01.

CELFROST Company Overview The company was incorporated in 2004. The company has a well defined catalogue with a wide variety of solutions for all subsectors of the food and hospitality sector. Kitchen Aid of USA has Celfrost as its Master Distributor for marketing and service of their products in India. PreGel of Italy market their dessert ingredients through Celfrost in India. Convotherm, a world leader in combi steamers, has tied up with Celfrost to market their products in India. ACP Inc. of USA has tied up with Celfrost to distribute their Menumaster brand of commercial microwave ovens in India. The company does not have its own manufacturing unit but has a pan-India sales network.

Pioneered the concept of creating exclusive brand centres in the field of commercial refrigeration and food service. These brand centres have been setup to give prospective customers an opportunity examine the equipment before purchase. Serves hotels, restaurants, commercial caterers, super markets, hospitals, government project and BPO foods services facilities. Two production units at Bahadurg in Haryana which is 15,000 [Link] and Dabri palam road in New Delhi which is 5000 [Link] Third one at Lucknow which is 4000 sq. ft. having two warehouses and one well facilitated showroom.

CONTINENTAL INDIA Started in 1978. Projects executed in India and abroad, ranging from 4 & 5 star hotels to canteens, schools, ashrams, hospitals, specialty restaurants etc.

Approved supplier to McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Sbarro, Yo China, Nirulas, Barista, Caf coffee day, Costa and many other international and indian QSRs. It provides these companies with services in equipment design, equipment fabrication, imported and Indian equipment distribution, installation, warranty, service etc. Exports its products to the markets in Europe for which it has all the necessary certifications. It is a regular exporter to UK for some specialized items.
