Belazo AGE is a 100% special acrylic water based wall paint with gloss-finish for coating miscellaneous wall, wooden, and metal substrate both for interior and exterior. BelazoAGE is formulated with extremely low VOC (Volatile Organic Compunds), low odour, and free of heavy metals content such as mercury and lead. PRACTICAL INSTRUCTION : All surfaces to be painted must be sanded and cleaned up well. In order to get maximum and long-lasting result for wall, concrete or other surfaces, it must have enough drying time before painting. For new wall surface, it is recommended to have 1 month drying time with maximum water content 20 % and maximum pH 8. For old wall surface, please check the old paint adhesion. If needed, please do scrubbing then clean up well. Optimum

coverage is 12-14 m2/liter depends on porosity of the surface. Give one-coat Water Based Alkali Sealer before painting with Belazo AGE particularly for new wall surface or for old wall surface which have high humidity or water leakage. To overcome alkalinity and efflorescent problem on wall surface which is humid and leakage, use Belazo WA-Proof as a premium water based wall primer paint. For wooden substrate, use Belazo Wood Filler for smoothing. Wood filler is not recommended for exterior use. While for iron surface, use Envi Anti Corrosive Primer as anti rusty primer. SAFETY INSTRUCTION : Container must be closed tightly and avoid to contact with eyes. Ensure good air circulation while painting. Always use clean water for all equipments. Dispose all remained materials only in places that allowed by existing rules.
