%obili&ation S'hedule Mobilization on project site will start immediately after award of Contract and immediately after handing over of site. Proposed mobilization schedule for deployment of Project Team, Site facilities and machinery is as follows Proje't (eam !ur core Project team will be mobilized within a month after the award of Project and schedule for mobilization of the other members will be prepared according to the wor" brea"down structure and re#uirements from site. Setting )ut of *ork$ $ complete s"etch of entire area will be prepared showing levels%contours at suitable intervals & bench mar"s shall be established on corners of area, 'evels will be ta"en with corresponding to these bench mar"s. Total station, theodolite, survey tool "it, measuring tapes & other leveling instruments will be used for this purpose. Setting out of all temporary wor"s will be carried out as per the project re#uirements & provisions in drawings & as per the established bench mar"s. Site +a'ilitie$ (uildings of bric" walls with precast slabs for senior staff members and P)( structural buildings for junior staff members & labor will be constructed at site within the mobilization time. %a'hiner, *e will mobilize all the re#uired machinery as per Project re#uirements and details of machinery to be deployed at site is provided in the Technical Proposal under the heading of list of major e#uipment.

Project office will be established at )mployer0s designated area and mobilization of Project team will be completed within mobilization time after award of the Project, *e will deploy one Project Manager, !ne +eputy Project Manager, !ne Construction Manager, Manager Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring, Manager 1uality Control, Manager $dministration, 2n charge ,S), Manager Contracts, Project )ngineers, Material )ngineer, 'aboratory Technicians and Site )ngineers along with other e3ecution team and supportive staff. Pro'ure and Submit Bond$, Guarantee$ - In$uran'e$ $ll the (onds, -uarantees and 2nsurances as re#uired will be submitted according to the specified period in (id%Contract documents. *e will maintain insurance against liability for claims, damages, losses and e3penses 4including legal fees and e3penses5 arising from injury, sic"ness, disease or death of any person employed by us. The insurance will cover the )mployer and the )ngineer against liability for claims, damages, losses and e3penses 4including legal fees and e3penses5 arising from injury, sic"ness, disease or death of any person employed by us, e3cept that this insurance may e3clude losses and claims to the e3tent that they arise from any act or neglect of the )mployer or of the )mployer0s personnel. The insurance will be maintained in full force and effect during the whole time that these personnel are assisting in the e3ecution of the wor"s. (emporar, 0le'tri'al Conne'tion - Po7er Generation Temporary )lectrical connection for camp and site area from *$P+$ will be arranged immediately after award of contract6 however for continuous and uninterrupted power supply +iesel generators will also be arranged. Storage 8ard$ - Site Store !pen storage yard and site stores will also be constructed for material, e#uipment, machinery, fuel, crush, sand, cement, steel, shuttering, stationary, bric"s, sheet piles etc. Setting up of batching plants, wor"ing yards, stores, laboratory, wor"shops, site offices, labor and officers accommodation etc. have efficiently planned for best utilization of the resources. 2ealth fa'ilitie$ for per$onnel at $ite $ medical Plan will be established for project site, "eeping the following in view The .irst $id Post will be so located that the Paramedic is available 78 hrs a day. .irst $id Post will be e#uipped to provide, primary care for emergencies relating to injuries, burns, bro"en bones, sna"e bites etc. $t least one vehicle will be available in the camp premises % wor" area round the cloc". $rrangements will be made with the closest major hospital to cater for accident and hospitalization cases. $rrangements will be made with nearest (asic ,ealth 9nit for medical cover. Serious cases will be transferred to the major hospital. Communi'ation S,$tem *ireless % /adio % Mobile communication system for communication b%w site personnel will be provided. Similar system will be used for both )mployer % )ngineer & Contractor0s staff at site. 2t will mainly cover communication between !ffices, site & batch plants wor"shops. Prior approval for the fre#uencies will be obtained from the concerned authorities. .a3, telephone, and broad band internet connection for faster communication with the consent of employer will be installed. Bat'hing Plant$ !ne concrete batching plant having capacity of :; cum % hr, and a standby batching plant of <; cum % hr capacity will be installed at site. !ne cement silo with each unit will be provided. Site 4aborator, Site laboratory will be established within the )mployer0s allocated area. +esign of this laboratory will be approved by the )ngineer. The laboratory will have an area of 7;;;sft to perform different tests along with a separate room for office. $ll facilities will be arranged for test on concrete, concrete aggregates, bric"s, emban"ment materials and filter materials, however if the )ngineer%)mployer instruct to carry out the testing from other Specified 'aboratories then special arrangements for testing will be made accordingly.
