Abstract-These instructions give you basic guidelines for
preparing camera-ready papers for conference proceedings.
I. INTR!"CTIN
#our goal is to simulate t$e usual appearance of papers in an
IEEE conference proceedings. For items not addressed in t$ese
instructions% please refer to t$e last issue of your conference&s
proceedings or your Publications c$air.
1. Full-Sized Camera-Ready (CR) Copy
Prepare your CR paper in full-si'e format% on "S letter paper
() * by ++ inc$es,. For -. paper% use t$e -. template.
Type sizes and typefaces/ Follow t$e type si'es specified in
Table I. -s an aid in gauging type si'e% + point is about 0.12
mm. T$e si'e of t$e lowercase letter 345 will gi6e t$e point
si'e. Times New Roman is t$e preferred font.

!efine abbre6iations and acronyms t$e first time t$ey are
used in t$e teBt% e6en if t$ey $a6e been defined in t$e abstract.

not $a6e to be defined. !o not use abbre6iations in t$e title
unless t$ey are una6oidable.

Number e=uations consecuti6ely wit$ e=uation numbers in
parent$eses flus$ wit$ t$e rig$t margin% as in (+,. To ma>e
your e=uations more compact% you may use t$e solidus ( E ,% t$e
eBp function% or appropriate eBponents. Italici'e Roman
symbols for =uantities and 6ariables% but not Kree> symbols.

"se eit$er SI (AFS, or CKS as primary units. (SI units are
encouraged., Englis$ units may be used as secondary units (in

confusion because e=uations do not balance dimensionally. If
you must use miBed units% clearly state t$e units for eac$
