INTERNAL MEMORANDUM

I. PURPOSE:
An Internal Memorandum (or memo) is a written note or reminder to a person within
the company who is responsible for a certain action.
II. WHEN TO SEND:
Anytime or when there is urgency to remind someone about something.
III. HOW TO USE:
Regardless of the topic, each memo should be about a single idea, subject, or
report. Use clear and simple language, and limit the memo to one page.

< Name of person writing the memo. !his is optional, depending on company
