Jesus Time: God Helps David See His Sin
We see that God wants David to see what he has done wrong. He sends someone to
tell him a story to get him to see that he has stolen someone’s wife, committed
adultery, and killed her husband.
David and Absalom
We see through David’s life that most of the time he obeyed God. God blessed him by
helping David win battles against his enemies. God warned David that because of his
sin with Bathsheba and killing her husband, there would be troubles in his life. One of
the troubles came from one of his sons. Absalom looked good and did “good” things,
but his heart did not belong to God.
The Fourth Commandment

care for and enjoy. How do we care for others? How do we care for animals? Etc.
