Introduction:
I am working as an Assistant manager of the Hilton Hotel. My job responsibilities will include
reporting to the Manager about the daily activities and also the employee performance of the hotel.
Managing the workforce and subordinates is also included in the responsibility of the assistant
manager. Employees are called the internal customer of the organization. An assistant manager
should motivate employees to focus on their personal and professional development within an
organization.

Before I join this organization I didnt find myself a single mind of setting the goal at once. It
was just scattered in time of regarding. After that when I succeeded to join Hilton Hotel I
found that I myself never was anything but I myself was totally an unpredictable till I join the
organization. Lets a review whatever I did to reform myself and set up this programmable

Here I have tried to make an amalgamation of the objectives of that organization Im going to
be involved with and the objectives I feel to apply for my future and career mixture

my goal. All the time it was not possible at all. But my will-force maintained and provoked to

My job in Western Hotel is the Line manager of sales and production department. As a line
manager, I need to focus on the production and sales system and procedures of Western
Hotel. I investigate different parts of Western Hotel related to production and sales. Apart
from this, a frequent visit with some basic precautions and tools is performed in every month
so that any small pitfall cant make huge compensation for Western Hotel (Seligman, M.
1998). Ensuring maximum sales and quality production supports Western Hotel to
accomplish half of its overall objectives. Line manager focuses on the every operation
continuing in the middle step of Western Hotel. Line managers follow the performance of the
staff and also follow the products or service manufactured by the management employee.

compliance I will discuss with my several companion from different point of view. At the
stage of complexity I must take time to be happen something even for nothing exists at last.
Now the planning for subjective for knowledge for particular stream and objective is needed.
In this case I took the formula of experienced personality. It should be taken in our brain
