Clients Profile: Mr. JDA, a 21 year old male residing in Urbistondo, Pangasinan diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia. Stopped studying until
2nd year high school due to financial problems and worked as a construction worker in Tanza, Cavite. He admitted usage of substance such as
alcohol and cigarette. This is his 1st time to be admitted due to his condition and his 9th day since admission.
Objectives: After 1 hour of Nurse Patient Interaction, client will be able to verbalize her concerns and feelings.
