Zacharias was born in Tehuacan Puebla but moved to Mexico City when he was one year old. Mexico City is a huge metropolis with over 20 million inhabitants living in a small area. The culture is very diverse with influences from pre-Hispanic, Aztec, Baroque and modern times visible in museums, buildings and public spaces. While the city grows daily and the environment suffers from overpopulation, it remains an important cultural and educational center as well as a popular tourist destination.

Zachariass Hometown

I was born in Tehuacan Puebla. When I was a year old my

family and I move to City of Mexico to live there. The city is really
big. There are more than 20 millions of people who live in a small
space. Every day people come from different parts of the country
around the world to visit the city.
The culture is very diverse. You can see vestiges of culture
pre Hispanic in museums as el templo mayor, or the museum of
Antropologia e Historia or visit places like as El Zocalo. On this
place built on the ruins of the pyramids of the ancient Aztec city
Tenostitlan. You can visit the cathedral, the palace national, the
building of the mayoral or the museum of El Templo Mayor; in this
place you can enjoy watching the splendor of the Aztec Culture.
The city has influence of all continents; there are several
buildings built under the Baroque influence, Aztec and more
modern as the square of the three cultures built very close to the
city center.
There are many public and private universities. The most
important university is UNAM. It has the prestige of being the
largest in Latin America and ranked as the worlds top 10.
The city grows up every day. It is too complicate to live
there. Sometimes the weather is very nice because the city was
built around the lake of the Aztecas.
All daily activities create bad environmental conditions , but
in general there is a great city to live and visit.
