The 500 copies of Summer Frolick, a Children's Anthology of Stories About
Summer will, unfortunately, be delayed. Through no fault of my own, there has
been a glitch with the printer. They currently only have 200 copies produced
and are working to correct some sort of machine malfunction in their print
shop.
I apologize for this delay and any difficulty it may cause you. I would like to
smooth things over by shipping the existing 200 now and offering you a 10%
discount on the additional 300?
We have never encountered this problem before and I hope you will continue to
use us for future purchases.
Check our website often for future children's book releases. We have some
really great things coming out next month and we'd love to have your

Subject: Confirmation Of Your Travel Arrangements
Dear Mr David,
As per our conversation yesterday I have booked flight tickets for six and the
departure time is 7AM and arrival at 12PM. My manager will be available with
the cab at the airport and the rooms have been booked for of or 6 people in
The Klangan Hotel. It is one of the finest hotels of the city and they have a
shuttle service to pick you up from the airport just in case you miss the
company cab. The rooms are booked from September 9th to September 18th.
Hotel provides free complimentary breakfast and also serves all types of
cuisine at reasonable rates. As per your requirement I have booked double
rooms and one with the Mountain View. There is a banquet hall and swimming
pool and also basket ball and indoor games court.
The hotel even provides AC buses and cabs for sightseeing. The hotel is one of
the centre points of all the nearing places. There are good malls and shopping
centers around the hotel.
I will meet you directly in the hotel and I have informed other members also
about the meeting and the venue.
