County Sheriffs Office the undersigned Judge, has found that there exists probable cause to believe that

Michael Fisher, a human being, and during the commission of the crime did carry, display, use,
threaten to use, or attempt to use any weapon, to wit: Knife , in violation of Florida Statutes
782.04(1)(a), 777.04 & 775.087;
COUNT 4: On or about August 15, 2016 Austin Kelly Harrouff did unlawfully resist, obstruct or
oppose Deputy Grace Zopf , a duly authorized law enforcement officer in the lawful execution of
the officer's legal duty, without offering or doing violence to the person of said officer, in
violation of Florida Statute 843.02;
COUNT 5: On or about August 15, 2016 Austin Kelly Harrouff did unlawfully enter or remain in
a dwelling, the property of John Joseph Stevens and/or Michelle Karen Mishcon, as owner or
custodian, with the intent to commit an offense therein, and in the course of committing the
burglary was armed, or did become armed within the property with explosives or a dangerous
‘weapon, in violation of Florida Statute $10.02;

NARRATIVE:
On 8/15/16 at about 2120 hrs. the Martin County Sheriff's office received a 911 call in
which a male stated that he has just been stabbed and the suspect was still there. The location of
the stabbing was 19010 SE Kokomo Ln. Jupiter Fl. 33458. The 911 caller was identified as
Jeffrey Michael Fisher 9/25/68 and was transported to Saint Mary’s Hospital to be treated for his
injuries. When the first Deputy Grace Zopf arrived she observed the suspect identified as Austin
Kelly Harrouff 12/21/96, chocking and biting a male latter identified as John Joseph Stevens.Stevens 7/2/57 who passed away from his injuries sustained from the suspect. Deputy Zopf
stated that the suspect was biting the victim John Stevens and spitting out his flesh. The Deputy
stated that the suspect was wearing a blue shirt and silky boxers, Deputy Zopf then ordered the
suspect off of the victim (John Stevens) at gun point but the suspect continued to bite and rip off
flesh from the victim (John Stevens). Deputy Zopf then used her Taser on the suspect and
attempted to handcuff the suspect but she was over powered by the suspect and could not do so
At this point in time Deputy Wayne Trocan arrived and attempted to control the suspect but the
suspect Kept biting the victim (John Stevens). A Tequesta K-9 officer showed up on scene and
deployed his dog. The dog was able to latch onto the suspect’s arm but the suspect continued to
bite and rip off flesh from the victim (John Stevens). Deputy Trocan along with the dog still on
the suspects arm was able to get one arm into hand cuffs, and dragged the suspect off of the
victim (John Stevens). Deputy Zopf stated that the suspect was yelling at the Deputy “fucking
kill me, fucking kill me, shoot me now, I deserve to die.
Deputy Trocan stated when he arrived on scene he noticed Deputy Zopf attempting to
control the suspect, who had a male wrapped in his arms and was biting the face and attempting
to rip of the victim's (John Stevens) cheek off, Deputy Trocan noticed that the victim (John
Stevens) had multiple stab wounds to the torso area and was bleeding profusely. Deputy Trocan
attempted to remove the suspect by using his Taser but the suspect would not let go of the vietim
(John Stevens). Deputy Trocan began kicking the suspect in the head atea which temporarily
caused the suspect to let go of the victim (John Stevens), but then the suspect grabbed the victim
(ohn Stevens) again and began to chew the victim’s (John Stevens) face again. A Tequesta K-9
officer arrived and gave an order the suspect to let the victim go and comply with their lawful
order. The Tequesta Officer informed everyone that he was deploying his dog once he noticed
that the suspect was not complying with their lawful orders. The K-9 was deployed and latched
onto the arm of the suspect who was still holding onto and chewing the victim (John Stevens).
Deputy Trocan. along with the other officers and K-9 were able to handcuff and remove the
suspect at this time. The suspect was transported to the hospital for his injuries.
T interviewed the victim Jeffrey Fisher who stated that on 8/15/16 at about 2115 hrs. he was
going into his bed when he heard a female screaming, Jeffery went to the front door to see what
‘was going on. Jeffery observed a male white hitting a female (Michelle Mishcon), inside of the
garage located directly across the street from his home 19009 SE Kokomo Ln. Jupiter Fl. Jeffery
went across the street to address 19010 Se Kokomo Ln. Jupiter Fl. and entered the garage of this
location where the suspect was hitting the female identified as Michelle Karen Mishcon 3/14/63
Jeffrey stated that as he entered the garage the female victim (Michelle Mishcon) was lying in a
pool of blood and was not moving or saying anything. The female victim identified as Michelle
Karen Mishcon 3/14/63 was pronounced deceased as a result of her injuries sustained from the
suspect. Jeffery stated to me the suspect told him “you don’t want too, you don’t want this, you
don’t want a part of this “. The suspect then struck Jeffery on the side of his head and continued
to hit Jeffrey. Jeffrey noticed he was bleeding from the head area where the suspect had hit him.
At this time Jeffrey was able to hit the suspect and pull the suspect to the ground, Jeffrey ran
through the house trying to get away from the suspect. Jeffrey was able to go through sliding
glass doors into the yard and then back to his home where he noticed he was stabbed multiple
times and called 911. Jeffrey stated that as he was trying to get away he heard the suspect yelling
but he didn’t know what he was saying.
‘The medical examiner conducted an autopsy on John Stevens and Michelle Mishcon, and
ruled that their death was a homicide. The cause of death for John Stevens was multiple injuries
and the cause of death for Michelle Mishcon was blunt force trauma injuries. The other victimJeffrey Fisher suffered multiple stab wounds, one large cut to his head that caused bleeding and
multiple staples, a puncture wound to his lower back, he also required exploratory surgery to his
stomach due to bleeding and a broken thumb.
