learned, usually including a substantial interactive element. .CALL is learning by using computers or smart phones
in learning and teaching the language resulting in an improvement in the language of the learner .
Computer has entered in various aspects of life, and in many areas, and became a major influence on
people's lives it is areas where computer-income, and became an integral part of them: education. Computer has
entered into a collective education organized various stages, it has also entered into a computer self-learning being
done by some people on their own, those using the computer too much in their education, and benefit from it
greatly, Used computers in the teaching and educational administration, as utilized in educational management in
schools and universities, and organizing the affairs of this educational institutions, and is used in the educational
process, as it is instrumental in the explanation and dumping, and is instrumental in solving the problems facing the
educational process, and is used to teach students for some of the skills they need, and is used in the practical
application of some of the theories and information that students receive, and they teach in their courses, and is
instrumental in the preparation of exams, and print them on paper; for submission to the students in a tidy, and
coordinated.

CALL include a program to strengthen the skill of listening, program pronunciation which enables the
learner to listen to the correct pronunciation of words , In addition to programs that develop reading skills through
stories ,novel and essays, as well as through the videos to learn without getting bored , And it offers many
programs to support the most important skills in language learning writing and vocabulary By explaining the rules
for writing and give examples and provide new meanings education program " Glossary" includes all the meanings
of words. All of these things have a positive impact on language learning. The use of computers in language
learning motivation to learn increases the desire to learn because it offers different ways of learning about
conventional way instead of using the book and exam paper, but depends on the use of a variety of entertaining and

There are many Disadvantages of CALL such as :

1- Rising costs of student learning by computer individually.

2-Quality educational programs are expensive and difficult to setup and you need a long effort and considerable time
to produce them and the experience and skill of the teachers may not be available.
3- Because of the division of educational material to small parts and thus taught using computers may It is boring,
especially for students excelling.
4- It is usually limited to achieve a range of goals by computer Most programs do not teach.
5- Effectively kinetic, social and emotional skills and even cognitive domain, tend Programs To teach lower levels
6-It may limit the computer and reduces the role of the teacher in the university education.
7-Some believe that based on computer education hinders the limits of innovation and creativity Students.

From the health aspect cause many health problems such as ; Occurrence of damage to the eyes, and
through sitting for long hours in front of a computer without the rest, leading to fatigue and overwork and
stress in the eye. Exposing the neck muscles of the problems causing aches as a result of the long sitting in

front of computer screens. User isolates him from the outside world and around him; it takes a long time of
his life at the expense of doing other activities. Feeling headaches and pains in the head .
However it is very useful and helps to develop the skills of language learning through a variety of
applications , such as ; English Central , youtube videos , skype , quizlet and Duolingo Apps. English Central is

skills It includes thousands of videos on various topics and areas ,such as Academic English ,Business

each word and see its meaning by clicking on it all you have to do is register to gain access to all videos. With
English Central you will watch , learn, speak and golive to achieve your goal , After watching the video and

on the video that you saw . So , in this way you can learn without getting bored , This application contributes to
learning because its content is updated continuously , For this reason Students do not feel no desire to learn , It
can be obtained through the Internet to hundreds of courses of excellence in English language teaching free, but
despite this, we find many people who begin courses through this study and become bored and apathy, because
these courses offer academically too.
But watching movies break the boredom barrier in language learning as fun mixed with the movie and

and there is no doubt that YouTube has become an important source of educational content, which we can use in the
classroom with our students. Which hosts a large number of channels that offer educational classes designed to
meet the different learning needs. We have already in the code that we talked of the importance of video in
education in general and the importance of YouTube, in particular, on several occasions, such as how to use
YouTube in education in a safe manner and effective. YouTube application that has all kinds of videos, and more

importantly, it Helps language learning through educational channels eg : BBC Learning English and Daily
English conversation .
Finally I would like to summarize the main points , in this essay I talked about the meaning of the use of computers
in language learning and the importance of the computer where it can not do without literally at the present time so it
is used in many areas of life is not restricted to language learning . Computer plays an important role essential in the
education process by helping to learn the skill of listening, reading, writing and speaking, all this and more all
available applications and programs has, in addition to the desire to learn . And the article contains some negatives
that may take place when the use of computers in the learning process. In my view, despite all the difficulties that can
be faced when a person used a computer to learn, but the method and style leads to the development of skills ,
