LOBP T-0622 Design Thickness Check

This document summarizes the design check calculations for various components of a dosing vessel, including: 1) The shell thickness calculation shows a minimum required thickness of 0.165 mm, less than the code minimum of 1.5 mm. 2) Thickness calculations for the conical bottom, circular flat head, and half pipe jacket also show required thicknesses less than the 1.5 mm code minimum. 3) A half pipe jacket design check per a non-mandatory appendix is also included, showing the required and permissible jacket pressures. 4) Design notes indicate the minimum permitted thickness for shells and heads is 1.5 mm per code requirements.
