1. THREE Hard bound copies (1 for supervisor/group, 1 for library/group and 1 for

student) of the project report are to be submitted for final project examination. Hard

bound means permanently stitched and bound in BLUE COVER with the title of the

project and your name clearly inscribed on the cover as per format given at the first

page of template in SILVER color.


2. The SPINE of project report should have Authors 1st Name (in case of multiple

authors) / Authors Full Name (in case of single author), B.Sc. Elect. Engg. and

Year of Passing ONLY. The Authors name should be in vertical orientation while

B.Sc. Elect. Engg. and year of passing. should be in horizontal orientation in the spine

of hard bound copy of project.


3. TWO CDs containing soft copy of project report (in PDF and MS WORD format) to be

submitted in the Academic Cell. Both CDs must be titled using Permanent Marker with

the Students Regd. Nos & Project Title in brief. The transparent plastic casings of CDs

must also be titled with Student Regd. Nos, Project Title, Supervisor Name & Signature.
