JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF JUNE I. ANG
This Judicial Affidavit of June I. Ang, who is the signing
witness in the execution of the contract of loan between the
plaintiff and the defendant.
This Judicial Affidavit is being offered to prove the following:
A.) All the allegations in the complaint including all
annexes appended thereto and which were already
marked as exhibits in the case;
B.) All other related matters, facts and circumstances
relevant and material to this case.
This Judicial Affidavit was taken at the office of Atty. Pablo A.
Valencia with address at 3F Piao Yan Bldg., Bonifacio St.,
Baguio City.
Questions were propounded by Atty. Pablo A. Valencia and
questions are numbered consecutively and each question is
followed by an answer of the witness.
MANIFESTATION: The witness is going to testify in Filipino, a
language he knows and understand well.
1. Q: Sir pakisaad po ang inyong pangalan, edad, tirahan
at inyong hanap-buhay?
A: Ako si June I. Ang, 60 na taong gulang, nakatira sa No. 77 Kias,
Baguio City, at isa po akong repairman.
2. Q: Ano po ang kinalaman mo sa isinampang kasong ito?
A: Ako po ang tumayong testigo sa pirmahan ng kontrata
ni Heidi at Kaye, kung saan umutang si Kaye kay Heidi ng
500,000.00 pesos, noong June 10, 2018.
3. Q: Nabasa mo ba ang kontratang iyon?
A: Opo, kaso nakasulat ito sa Ingles, kaya di ko gaanong
naintindihan, pero ipinaliwanag naman ito sa akin nung
abogadong nag notary.
4. Q: Mayroon po ba kayong ebidensiyang kayo ang testigo
sa kontrata ni Heidi Vasquez at Kaye Dy?
A: Meron po, ung mismong kontrata po, naroon po ung
pangalan ko. (Exhibit A)
5. Q: Mayroon po ba kayong relasyon sa kahit kanino sa
dalawang partido?
A: Wala po, ka barangay ko lamang po sila sa Kias, mga
sampung taon na.
6. Q: Wala na akong tanong. May gusto ka bang idagdag sa
Judicial Affidavit mo?
A: Wala po.
