Title of the project assigned: Designing Direct Marketing campaign for Ahmedabad Campus
i.e. Develop and execute direct marketing activities to be done by the organization and also
draft a scheduled plan for the education fare to be held on 29-30 April.

Organizational Problem: Xplora has been traditionally into the business of imparting
vocational training to corporate employees and students in the field of graphics and
animation. But, due to changing of external market environment director of Xplora dont
see future in this. So they have started to give Bachelors in media graphics and animation
since two years. So, they want to position themselves as one of the premier institute in
media graphics and animation through direct marketing campaign.

Objectives to be achieved:

Brand building of Xplora.


Promote their major courses RCC and BMGA through direct marketing.
Make partnership with coaching institute for conducting seminar to reach to target
market.
Organize and conduct seminar in coaching institute.

Work done till now:

Detailed Research about all the course of the Skool.


We have been given 2 days training on all the courses and how we are going to sell
the courses/ Counsel Students and their parents about the courses if we get any
inquiry call about the courses.
I have developed a plan for direct marketing taking into consideration the activities
currently being done by the organization.
Developed a detailed scheduled plan along with team roles and responsibilities of
each member for the upcoming education fair.
A detailed direct marketing plan relate to the promotion of Xploras presence in the
upcoming education fair organized by A Muslim Social Organization on 29 th and 30th
of April 2017.

Work to be done in the next week:

Initiation of the direct marketing activities such as catalogue, e-mailing and


conducting interactive session at various coaching centres.
Preparation of the Education fair and all the content of the live promotions of the
fair on 29th and 30th April.
Preparing a long term plan for brand building of Xplora to position them as a premier
institute specialized in media graphics and animation.
