1) The teacher aims to improve their competencies in implementing interactive teaching strategies for both slow and fast learners through attending workshops and trainings throughout the year. 2) The teacher also wants to gain more content knowledge and skills in teaching social studies in an exciting way by taking continuing education courses and seminars during summer vacation. 3) Additionally, the teacher plans to acquire more updated content knowledge and skills to better respond to the needs of the community by inviting guest speakers and doing community immersion. 4) The teacher's final goal is to enhance students' moral and social values through character building programs to improve interactions with others in school and the community.
