I. Marketing and Administration: This department is responsible for adding new clients, Franchisees, Sub
brokers to the Financial system and increasing the revenue stream for the Company, The salary starts from
5,000 per month for a Begginer and can go upto 2- 5 Lakh a month for VP- Marketing. This department is for
all those aspirants who like to move out and like Development side of the Business.
II. Operations: All the Back office related tasks like KYC, DP related, Payin and payout, Risk Management,
Clearing and Settlement related tasks. This is more of a seating kind of job requires specific knowledge on the
systems, management and operations. All those who wish to have a Back end seating job can opt for this
department. The salary starts from 5,000 for entry level to 1 lac a month for Operations head
III. Equity Research and advisory: The highest paid and hugely aspired career options in the Stock Market
industry is Equity Research and Advisory. The aspirant has to Analyse the markets and its influencing factors
and come out with a Buy/ Sell recommendation on the Counter. The salary starts with 6,000 a month and goes
upto 10-15 lakh a month for Senior Analyst. Research can also be sub divided into 3 categories
a. Technical Analyst: The have to analyse the patterns, trends, price movement, Volume Buzzers with the
help of EOD and Intra day technical Analysis softwares and Indicators, they inturn come out with a
Target and a stop loss price for the counter with a specific time frame for the trading call.
b. Derivative Analysis: Analysing and creating derivative strategies for Hedging, Arbitrage and
speculation using Future and options paired combination strategies. The have to also be fully aware of
the direction a particular counter will move going forward either Bullish, Bearish, Volatile or Neutral
c. Fundamental Analyst: They have to analyse the complete EIC framework ( Economic, Industry and
company) and come out with a Sector and than a stock specific target in context to Domestic and global
economic factors.
