We hereby certify that when tested at time of manufacture, the above material:

1. Meets the requirements of the following specifications:

A. ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, 2004, 2007 & 2010 Edition, Section V, Nondestructive
Examination, including 2005, 2006, 2008 & 2009 b and 2011 a Addenda, Paragraph T-731(B) and
Article 25 as applicable.

B. ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, 1995, 1998 & 2001 Edition, Section V Nondestructive
Examination, including 1995 Winder Addenda, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 Addenda, Paragraphs
T-752 & T-731(B) and Article 25 as applicable.

C. ASTM E 709-08 Paragraphs 8.1.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.5 and 8.4.

D. ASTM E-1444/E1444M-12, Paragraph 5.5.1.

2. We further certify that this material does not contain mercury as a basic element and no mercury bearing
equipment was used in its manufacture.
