FOREWORD
Praise and thanksgiving let us pray to the presence of
GOD Almighty. who has given his grace and grace so
that we can finish this well termed paper "Procedure
Text" although still far from perfect. Selawat and
greetings do not forget we also pray to our lord the
Prophet Muhammad. which has brought us all from
the age of ignorance to the bright times lit by the
science of faith and Islam.
The author also does not forget to thank the teacher
who has guided the author in completing this paper.
The author also expressed his gratitude to all those
who have assisted in the completion of this paper.
The author is aware in writing this paper, there are still

CHAPTER I
PRELIMINARY
A. Background
Currently education in Indonesia uses a 2013 based curriculum that aims to
direct students and students to be independent, creative, and innovative. One
of the subjects that uses the 2013 curriculum in learning is Bahasa Indonesia.
As for one of the material in the Indonesian language class X semester odd is
the Text Procedure. The text of the procedure is a form of text that contains
steps or steps of the stage that herus pursued to do something to be easily and
correctly in doing it. There are a lot of activities that must follow the procedure
so that the activity runs smoothly and without barriers that will make the
activity becomes wrong or fail.
B. Problem Formulation
1. What is a text procedure?
2. What are the structural text structures of the procedure?
3. What should be considered in analyzing the procedure text?
4. How to sample the text of the procedure?
C. Purpose of Discussion
1. To inform a person of the importance of procedural text in life.
2. To facilitate someone in doing something based on the procedure text.
3. In order to increase the reader's insight into the text of the procedure.
CHAPTER II
DISCUSSION
A. Understanding of Procedure Text
The text of the procedure is a form of text that contains steps or stages that
must be fulfilled in doing an activity so that the activity runs smoothly without
any obstacles on a regular basis that can make the activities carried out to be
inhibited even to fail. There are activities around us that must be done
according to the procedure. If we do not follow the procedure, the expected
goals will not be achieved and we can be regarded as people who do not know
the rules. But these steps can not be turned back. Text procedures are also
divided into simple procedure text and complex text procedures.While the text
of complex procedures is a text that contains steps that are complete and
directed so that it can easily be understood by the reader.
B. Structure of Text Procedure
A procedure text is organized with the following structure.
Purpose
Contains the purpose of writing a text of the procedure created and the final
result to be achieved from making the text of the procedure, so that the reader
is more interested and more understanding by reading the text of the
procedure.Steps are ways or ways that must be taken or done to achieve a
goal of doing activities based on the text.
C. Analysis of Sections of the Text Procedure
A procedure text analysis is necessary to obtain a correct understanding and
understanding of the text. The analysis serves as an examiner on the parts of
the procedure text.
To analyze the contents of the text of the procedure can be done by taking into
account some of the following aspects.
1. The content of the text contains a command or imperative sentence.
2. Contains steps, creation, process or means to create and use something.
3. Have the purpose of the procedure is done so that readers easy to
understand and easy to apply.
4. Explain the tools and materials used to perform the steps contained in the
text of the procedure.
5. Contains sequential steps (systematic).

How To Make Fried Rice
Ingredients: Tools:
-1 plate of white rice -Frying pan
-1 eggs -Spoon
-2 cloves of garlic -Spatula
-2 cloves of onion -Plate
-1 spoon of salt -Stove
-Tomato
-Cooking oil
-Sausage
-Soy Sauce
-Sauce
-Chili Pepper
-Cheese
-Fried Onion
Steps:
1.First, Prepare a frying pan and pour the cooking oil according to your taste
2. Heat the frying pan by using a medium flame
3. After the cooking oil is hot, put the garlic and onion
4. Stir all the materials until ripe and fragrant
5. Use Spatula to Stir until evenly cooked
6. Put eggs and scramble until cooked
7. Put white rice and stir until mixed with all ingredients
8. Add salt and soy sauce until all materials are blended
9. After everything on the frying pan was fragrant, serve into the plate.
10. you could decorate with the sliced tomatoes,sauce,cheese and chili pepper
as you like to make your fried rice looks interesting.

A. Conclusion
Procedure text is a text that contains steps or steps that must be taken in
doing an activity so that the activity is not hampered or failed. A text
procedure is structured in order for the text to be understood by the reader.
The structure that composes a text procedure is: goals and steps. The text of
the procedure itself is divided into several types namely Text Procedure Simple
and Text Complex Procedure. Text analysis procedures follow structure and
rules. Based on this analysis, we can know the completeness of a text
procedure.
B. Suggestions
In creating or reading a text procedure, it is best to create or read the text
procedure of the text type of complex procedure. Because the text of complex
procedures to explain something in order and clear, so it can facilitate us in
doing an activity.
