I, Marcela “Emilia” Melchor, of legal age, Filipino citizen and residing in Brgy.
Tangaoan, Piddig, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
the law do hereby depose and say:
That there was a mistake in placing my name as survey claimant thereof during the
Cadastral Survey, as I am not the real landowner of Lot. No. 13035, EMILA and MARCELA are
the same person.
That the said Lot 13035, Cad. 651-D is in actual possession and cultivation of Nancy
Manuel and Michael Antonio who had been reaping and enjoying the produce derived there from
and his/her possession is in concept of owner, without anybody molesting him/her whosoever.
That I am executing this affidavit to render fairness and justice to the real and legal owner
of the said lot/s.
That I had never been forced nor intimidated in the execution of this affidavit and that I
assume full responsibility for any civil and/or criminal liabilities that may arise herefrom, and if
and when any or all of my statement may be found untrue and prejudicial to any third person
whomsoever.
