2 erroneously sued as Quality Loan Servicing (“Quality”), hereby joins in GB Inland
3 Properties, LLC’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and
4 failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.
5 12(b)(1) and (b)(6) (Docket Entry No. 27), for all the reasons stated therein.
