Site is normal but traffic is low in some hours high drop count with high handover
failure is observed. Qrxlevmin is reverted back to -124 and further rduced to -130 in Ravi- Closed 10/8/2017
Beta sector only. site is under observation for next few hours.
Site normal traffic pattern is changed taking traffic in night hours and drop is
increased . Qrxlevmin is reverted back to -120. site is under observation. For next two Ravi- Closed 10/8/2017
hours.

Timer T301 and T311 is incread from 5 to 6 respectively. Ravi- Closed 10/9/2017
