DaelimPoly 5502 is a polypropylene material suitable for small and medium bottles used in food, detergent, bleach, and cosmetic packaging. It has excellent processability, good impact strength, and good stiffness. The material has a melt index of 0.35 g/10min, density of 0.955 g/cm3, tensile yield strength of 280 kg, and ultimate elongation over 600%. It is FDA approved for food packaging and has an ESCR of 30 hours. The recommended processing temperature is 180-200°C.
