All capacities are for drilling mild steel pipe and may be reduced when
operating on other materials. We can design specifically for your
requirements.

All Models are designed for operation upto 100 bar (1470psi) and 200 C.
They are able to cut up to 3" wall thickness mild steel.
They are able to cut stainless steel, API Gr.B and API 5L X80 and concrete.
They are capable of installing LOR and flow through plugs and are
compatible with TD Williamson equipment.

All machines have powered feed for cutting that is proportional to the
spindle rpm and rapid travel.
All machines spindles are compatible with TD Williamson tooling.
Specially designed hydraulic power pack has air cooled diesel engine and
additional take off for ancillary equipment.

Tapping  machines  are  used  for  making  connecDons  to  pipelines,  
tanks,  and  plant  piping  without  shutdown  and  are  used  to  make  hot  
taps  in  preparaDon  for  plugging  machine  applicaDon.  
Our  Models  series  1000  can  be  either  air  or  Manual  used.

The   Models   1000   Drilling   Machine   are   available   in   two   versions:   1028   with   28”   of  
travel  and  the  1032  Model  with  32”  of  travel.  
They   meets   NACE   Standard   and   CE,   sulfide   stress   cracking   resistant   metallic   material  
for   oilfield   equipment.   The   maximum   working   pressure   is   1,480   psi   (100   bar)   at  
100°F  (38°C).  Its  operaDng  temperatures  are  -­‐20°F  (-­‐29°C)  to  700°F  (371°C)  at  700  psi  
(48   bar)   for   intermitent   service.   The   maximum   conDnuous   raDng   is   350°F   (177°C)   at  
1,025  psi  (70  bar).  
For   special   requirements,   such   as   higher   pressure   or   temperature,   consult   the  
factory.
