1. What extracurricular activities have you been involved in? Please provide the
name of the activity/organization, the activity/organization sponsor or
faculty/staff advisor, the years in which you have been active in the organization,
and any officer or leadership positions which you have held in the activity
or organization.
 I have always been active in school and out of school. I was in Literary
Magazine for two years and the sponsor is Ms.Wolff-Romero. It is a
school club that allows students to publish their work of art into a
magazine. I was a junior editor, which is a leading position and means that
I oversaw a team in a chapter. I have also been a part of my graduating
class committee for one year and the sponsor was Mrs.Richardson. In this
club, I helped my class with events pertaining to our graduating class. I
have been a member of Student Council for two years and the sponsor is
also Mrs.Richardson. We would host school events, such as homecoming,
pep rally, and festivals. I am in the cheerleading team, this is my second
year doing it and the sponsor is Ms.Emmanuel. I am also in LULAC, it is
my second year and the sponsor is Ms.Orozsco. I was a student hero in
Houston Food Bank for one year.

2. What honors and awards have you received?


 During sophomore year, I received honor roll for the whole year. I have received
honor roll during junior year for 3 six weeks.

3. What kind of work experience (including volunteer and non-profit work) do


you have? Please list the name of the employer, your title, and the years that
you worked for the employer.
 I was a student hero in Houston Food Bank for one year. I trained at
Genesys Works for 8 weeks and my sponsor was Janet Nieto. I got chosen
to intern at Walter P Moore for a year and my supervisor is Mat Soliz. I
am also employed at H-E-B and my manager is Liliana.
