Training Objectives:
Present era is the ‘Era of Quality. In this age of high competition and large
scale production only that manufacturer can survive who can provide better
quality goods to customers. Quality control inspectors make sure that nothing
defective/substandard reaches to customer. To make it possible,
manufacturing companies require workforce with ample skills of quality
control.
Further, this training program will provide opportunity to the persons who
are desirous to equip themselves with such knowledge and skill which will
help them for employment and to meet the need of the job market.
This curriculum is developed by considering the requirement of the industrial
sector to increase the availability of semi-skilled workers in the subjected area
and to meet the need of local job market.
The Aim of this course is to make students knowable and skillful about quality
of automobile parts so that they should be able to perform inspection of
different auto parts according to their set design and standard during in-
process and final inspection.
Students should be able to know about other different techniques applied in
industries like Kaizan and 5S.

Interpret the technical information from engineering drawings.
Perform different type of inspection using different measuring
instruments, gauges and devices/machines.
Perform functions of In-Process Quality Control to assure quality of
product at each stage of production
Perform Final Inspection of jobs before dispatch.
Prepare In-Process and Final Inspection Sheets
Enter observations in In. process & Final Inspection Sheets.
