Engineers India Ltd (EIL) is a NAVRATNA Public Sector Undertaking deals with engineering consultancy and EPC
projects. It had been established in 1965 AD. EIL delivers engineering consultancy and engineering procurement and
construction(EPC) services mainly expertized on oil & gas and petrochemical industries. The Company has also
expanded their business into various sectors like infrastructure, water and waste management, solar & nuclear power
and fertilizers.

EIL is an engineering consultancy company offering design, engineering, procurement, construction and project
management services from conceptual design to commissioning with high quality and other standards.

1.2 Number of Employee’s in Engineer’s India Limited

At present, the number of employee’s in the company is 5326 Nos. (Including all engineers and other professionals),
those are working in various sectors or departments of Engineers India Limited.

1.3 Annual Turnover

On financial front, Engineer’s India Limited has registered an Annual Turnover of 1967 Crores. As compared to
previous financial year 2016-17, the company of annual turnover for FY 2017-18 has been increased by
