The BS Architecture students of DHVTSU are conducting research on a proposed project called "Pavilius: A Transit Oriented Development" located in Baliti, San Fernando, Pampanga. They have written to the City Mayor of San Fernando to request funding support for the project, which they believe will benefit not only the people of Baliti but all of Pampanga by providing a transit-oriented development. They acknowledge the project will require logistics and funding support to become a reality.
