In reference to above mentioned subject it is stated that plot no 8 area 1250 Square Feet situated at BEDWAS KH. NO.
1270 to 1278, 1301 to 1308 for Residential purpose is in the name of DALLA BHEEL S/D/W OF CHATARA BHEEL SOLD
TO NARESH KUMAR S/D/W OF BHANWAR LAL PAGARIA VIDE SALE DEED,
NARESH KUMAR S/D/W OF BHANWAR LAL PAGARIA SOLD TO NARAYAN LAL REGAR S/D/W OF BHAGWAN LAL
REGAR VIDE SALE DEED NO. 743763 DATE 17-Dec-2018 as per file no 410/99 Lease deed no 2067 dated 30-Jul-
1999. You have purchased/received it on 17-Dec-2018 by way of registered Sale Deed/Gift Deed/Will/Death
Certificate/Relinquishment Deed (Hak Tyag). This plot is mutated in favour of you in UIT records on the same conditions
which were mentioned in the original lease deed with the following additional conditions :-

1. This Mutation is being done on the basis of documents uploaded by you online and the responsibility of all such
uploaded document being genuine and true lies with the applicant. In case, any uploaded document is found forged or
tampered or false, the undersigned will not be liable for any action for this mutation and the applicant will be solely
responsible for such fraudulent document and offence.
2. This mutation is done in your favour on the basis of the succession/registered sale deed/will/gift deed and no additional
rights shall accrue in your favour.
3. This mutation is for plot and the building constructed on it as per Building Bylaws and approved building plan of UIT,
Udaipur.
4. Any construction done on this plot in contravention of the Building Bylaws or approved building plan of UIT is not
regularized by this mutation letter and such construction shall always be illegal and have to be removed by you within three
months as per your declaration in application for mutation, on your expenses failing which it may be removed at anytime
without notice by UIT and you will further be liable for legal action as provided in UIT Act 1959.
