Pursuant to the preparation of additional Self Learning Kit to be used by our athletes in the 2019
Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association Meet during their makeup classes after the said meet, a final
evaluation of the said materials will be held at Felizardo C. Lipana National High School on February 7,
2019, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Participants to this activity are the two (2) lead writers per learning area of each school involved in
this endeavor and the select Division Evaluators from LRMDS Unit.
This activity will be followed by field testing of the prepared materials on Monday, February 11,
2019 on the different schools listed below. In connection with this activity, a meeting of select
validators/observers will also be held in this venue tomorrow, 8:00 am.
Transportation expense and meal allowance of participants shall be charged against the local
funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
This serves as the travel order of the participants.
Attendance of all concerned is hereby enjoined.
