Operations Maintenance Controller (OMC)

• Review performance against operating plans and standards. Provide reports to senior
management. Interpret results for subordinates and detail changes in direction of plans, when
necessary.
• Ensure that the Company safety procedures are followed by all employees
• Monitor constant movement of material
• Identify aged material in storage and coordinate its removal
• Compile/publish reports on findings
• Oversee warehouse operations with the objective of maximizing productivity while minimizing
costs.
• Ensure that all processes are being followed in the completion of work tasks
• Address the concerns and problems faced by operators on and off the field and report
them to the Management and ensure they are resolved immediately.
• Check inventory on a periodic basis to ensure accuracy (that we have what we say we have
and where we say it is)
• Maintain and update inventory records and produce reports as necessary
• Rectify any inventory issues as and when they are found
• Provide instruction and guidance to employees to confirm process specifications are met
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and purchase and stocking of supplies and raw materials
• Schedule seasonal service for company heating, venting and cooling, or HVAC, book
periodic warehouse maintenance services and ensure that company-owned vehicles
receive regular oil changes and tire rotations.
• Verify that the hoses, fittings and other equipment are calibrated.
• Assign and supervise preventive maintenance as well as servicing checklist needed
within time limits.
• Organize and Coordinate maintenance services on timely basis.

Overall, would act as the strong bridge between the Management Team and Operations Team
(operators, helpers, etc) to effectively coordinate and strengthen the relations between the two
for a trouble-free and smooth operation.
