Requirements for company incorporation:

1. Name application:
Please give 2 valid name in consonance with object of the company
2. Main object of the company
3. Authorised share capital for which the company is to be formed
4. Paid-up capital as to be subscribed by the shareholders
5. Shareholding pattern in which the shares will be subscribed
6. DIN for Directors (at least 2 dir for Pvt. Co. & 3 for Ltd. Co.)
7. Registered Office (proof of regd office:
a. Utility bill any one (electricity bill/telephone bill/mobile bill)
b. Rent agreement
c. Proof of ownership
8. Digital signatures of every directors & subscribers
9. Affidavits & Declaration from first subscribers
10. Memorandum and Articles of association

Requirements for DIN application

1. Income-tax PAN
2. Passport
3. If no passport then voter id or driving licence
4. Address proof any one ( Not older than 2 months- electricity
bill/telephone bill/mobile bill/bank statement with latest entry )
5. Aadhar Card
6. Valid personal mobile Number of Applicant only
7. Valid personal email id of Applicant only
8. Passport size photograph
9. All the proofs shall be self certified only
