II. BACKGROUND SITUATION/ANALYSIS
The world belongs to those who read.
- R. Holland
Sto. Domingo National trade School is known for its
Academic performances and to the intelligence of the teachers
and students. We, the proponents addressed that the school is
lack of the facilities to enhance the knowledge of the students
like libraries. According to our studies only the students of
STE has a library but the other two thousand plus students don’t
have. In a result to that, the students are being dependent on
the internet. In every assignment that they do they just
learning to do the “copy- pasting” that may result to cheating
then commit a crime like plagiarism and they may also neglect
the importance of reading a book. That is the reason why we
proposed this kind of project.
We believe that reading is also the key to success and like
what M. Fuller said “ today a reader. Tomorrow a leader”.
We, the proponents needs a help from the school
administrators to think and considerate our project proposal for
the enhancements of the students and also the teachers.
II. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVES STRATEGIES
The purpose of this proposal We the proponent who suggest
is to help the students this proposal must do
value the true essence of something to open the eye of
intelligence is found in the the students who’s blinded
book and not in the by the internet. We must be
internet. the eye opener to those
students for them to realize
the importance of a book.
IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT
What are the long term effects of the project? (Economic,
social, cultural, institutional, environmental,
technological, etc.)
- It will prolong the function of the said passage way for
all. It will also look nicer than the old features of the
typical hallway of the school. It has the ability to stay as
safe as possible and have more staffs to sustain the cleanliness
of the hallway. Furthermore, SDNTS will be as good as it has to
be because a clean hallway makes clean and responsible students.
What are the specific measures to sustain the project?
- In order to sustain the project, the students should know
the proper way of keeping the hallway clean and organize.
What are the linkages with other initiatives or reforms in
the sector and other development or governance concerns?
-As of the Governance, the Department of Public Works and
Highways was the one whose involve and takes responsibilities.
V. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
What are the risks and factors that may hamper or hinder the
successful implementation of project activities and
achievement of project outputs?
-The risks and factors that may hamper or hinder the
successful implementation of project activities and achievement
of project output is to disregard many students to the
projects. Because there are many gadgets have been invented and
they use the gadget to read and find information.
What are the measures that would mitigate the adverse effects
resulting from such risks?
- The measures that would mitigate the adverse effects
resulting from such risks is to avoid using gadget and
getting back to reading books. Let’ have a good library
because when they see a good project they will be able to
enter the library and read books and they can alo be
comfortable when it is organized and enjoy the library.

IX. OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
Benefits of Having Library
Students
-. To wide up their knowledge and seek for more information
about things.
Librarian
- They are the one who secure all the book to be able to
preserve and functionable.
Faculties
- They’re the one who prevent and secure all the student to
make sure they are all safe and comfortable.
Other project are line up to compliment the current
initiative is locker becaue it will serve as the
keeping place of the students to maintain
cleanliness of the library and other project that
line up to compliment the current initiative is the
finger print pass to monitor the student that who’ll
come and go.
Advantage and Disadvantage of having School Cafeteria
Convenience is one key advantage of having school
cafeteria. Students do not need to leave the school for their
lunches, which allows more time for eating and means that
parents do not need to rush to pack a lunch in the morning.
Improving a student’s overall nutritional health is another
benefits. Ensuring a student’s nutritional needs are met
improves behavior, school performance and cognitive
developments.
The disadvantage of having school cafeteria are too many
food options can lead to poor food choice for students who may
be overwhelmed with their new freedom to choose what they eat
for lunch. The students can be annoyed and disturbed while their
having a meal. Finally sometimes there are no available tables
and chairs for other students especially at lunch time.
