1. Validity : Our quotation is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue and any further
extension of the period will be subject to our confirmation.
2. Payment : 40% Advance payment along with C Form against order, and balance payment
before dispatch of Machines. Please deposit advance amount in our Shri Bhagwati
Machines Pvt. Ltd. Bank of Baroda Cash Credit Account No. 01230500000216
Bank IFSC Code barb0ajmerx Branch P.R. Marg Ajmer.
3. Delivery : The ordered AVBC 2.5 mtr, (F.L) & AVBC 3.0 mtr. Machine will be delivered
within 2 - 3 months. Ex Factory Ajmer after written confirmation of order or advance
amount along with C form. You will send Road permit of your state for transportation
(If required). The quotation is valid except for the reasons of force major such as
political disturbances, strikes, natural calamities, power cuts or breakdown parts
during transit which are beyond control.
4. Excise duty : 12.36% will be Inclusive in the above Prices and any other duties and taxes as
applicable at the time of delivery will be charge Extra.
5. Taxes : VAT 5% on Capital goods will be charge extra. (The form required in advance
otherwise full tax @ of 14%) on above prices in Rajasthan state otherwise Central
Sales Tax 2 % against C form will be Exclusive in above price and C Form will
arrange by party immediately before dispatch of the material or within financial year
otherwise full tax recoverable. Any other duties and taxes as applicable at the time of
delivery will be charge extra.
6. Freight Charges : On To Pay Basis or on your cost. Local Octroi if any and unloading of the truck will be
managed by yourself on your own cost.
7. Insurance : If required by the customer, the same will be arranged by us at Extra cost. No sooner
the machine is handed over to the transporter and goods receipts is obtained our
liability will cease, and there after We will not be responsible for any loss or damage
during transit.
8. Erec. & Comm. : We will arrange our site engineers, they will only supervise the erection &
commissioning of the machines and you have to arrange required labor & staff & all
masonry work included material. We will charge Extra amount for this work. You
have to arrange power connection up to the Control Panel.
9. Warranty : The warranty period will be 14 month from the date of Dispatch of machines against
any manufacturing defects, our warranty for any consequential loss on account of
item like Motors, Gear box Bearings etc. is limited to extent we get from the suppliers
/ manufacturer of the equipment. The electric /electronic component does not cover
any guarantee.
10. Inspection : At Our Factory Ajmer.
11. General : Our quotation is valid subject to force major condition. Orders for the machines
once place cannot the cancelled. Advance, would not be returned under any
circumstances. Disputes if any is subject to Ajmer Jurisdiction.
