ACTION PLAN TO REDUCE BAG FILTER DUST EMISSION


Following points to be attended to reduce the Dust emission from OBM Bag filter
1.     Out of 6 compartments 4 compartments locking plates are fixed completely till now.
2.     Each compartment is having 36 bags and 6th compartment is having only 12 bags.
3.     Out of total 192bags in ATA-19 operations checked & given only 60 no’s for renewal.
4.     As per present situation we required another 60 no’s new bags and cages to reduce the dust emission form
5.     Tube sheet to be completely checked once again and to be repaired if any minor damage observed.
6.     Air pulse system to be checked by instrumentation and pulsing time to be adjusted.
7.     On available of new Bags and cages we require 1 complete shift to attend the job.
