1. The above mentioned project report is prepared based on prevailing market conditions
Actuals may vary from Franchisee to Franchisee.
2. Goods/ Material/ Machines once sold, will not be taken back.
3. Syrup/ Flavours, Glasses, Co2 and water are to be purchaced from us or from our Authorised
representative / Distributor only.
4. Transportation of machinery, Installation and Taxes extra.
5. Payment terms for machinery purchase : 100% in Advance.
6. The Warranty period is 1 (One) Year from the date of delivery of the machine.
7. The Spare Parts i.e,. 'O' Rings (All Type), QCD's, Clamps & Brass Pump, Electrical & Electronic
Parts will not be covered under Warranty.
8. CST / VAT extra as applicable.
9. It is the responsibility of Soda hub franchisee to take all licenses under shop & establishment act
or any other act as applicable including food license, TIN number etc.
10. All Flavours must be prepared by mixing with sugar only & not other supplements in place of sugar which is
against as per the Rules & Regulations of Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.
11. The Above mentioned prices are valid till tillthe end ofmodifications.

12. Purchase of a Machine itself is a brinding factor on the part of Franchisee to follow the Rules & Regulations
stipulated by Company from Time to Time.
