I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
1. Evaluate baseline activities and recreational pursuits based on physical
activity recommendations.
2. Explain changes in physical activity patterns across the lifespan.
3. Identify barriers to physical activity
4. Adopt strategies to overcome barriers to physical activity.

Topic: Health – Enhancing Physical Activity
Reference: HOPE 1 Health – Optimizing Physical Education (Fitness)
Materials: Chalk, board, laptop, whiteboard, and whiteboard marker

2. Checking of Attendance
3. Classroom Management
4. Review/ Recall
IV. PROCEDURE
A. EXPLORE
Ask the students to look under their seats, and those individuals who
have a paper under their seats will answer the given question written on it.
And, they will share it to the class as their class participation.
B. FIRM –UP
Proceed to class discussion on pages 4 – 16, and get their attention
using the T.V as their guidelines during discussion.
C. DEEPEN
Ask the student to make a slogan on the importance of having a
healthy lifestyle as their seatwork for this day.
D. TRANSFER
Ask the students to get ½ sheet of paper to answer the given quiz to
them for this day.
