pre-requisites for Quality Notification Processing.

Notifications are to be released before they can be processed
Addition of defect items, causes, tasks, & activities at item
level can be done at any time but tasks & activities are carried
out as a best practices for complete processing

Once a task is assigned , it needs to be completed prior to
closing the notification
Task successful is to be used as additional information only if a
particular task has been successful.

the action box
