SAP R/3 component involved: SAP R/3 Configuration like QM Plant Settings,
Catalogs, Notification types, Inspection Plan, Defect Record, Inspection Lots etc are
pre-requisites for Quality Notification Processing.

 Notifications are to be released before they can be processed

 Addition of defect items, causes, tasks, & activities at item


level can be done at any time but tasks & activities are carried
out as a best practices for complete processing

closing the notification
