SUB: Registration/Updation of Profile in PARIKSHA.DGCA
for Flight Crew Examination
The New Examination Portal pariksha.dgca has been launched for registration of
New as well as Old candidates on 07-09-2018 and 23-10-2018 respectively. Now the
portal has to be opened for inviting application for forthcoming flight Crew license
Examination. The candidates have to apply online for examination through
Pariksha.dgca portal. One of the new feature of this portal is, the candidate need not to
send the hard copy of the examination application after applying online on
pariksha.dgca portal. This has been achieved by capturing the details of eligibility for
examination at the time of registration, which was not so during registration in UDAAN
system. Therefore all the Old candidates already allotted with Computer Number and
desirous to appear in forthcoming examination are required to register with new
examination portal and update their profile if required. Following Profile update by
new/old candidates is must to get eligible to appear in certain category / aircraft of
examination.

1. Category Update – change of category from PPL to CPL, CPL to ATPL etc. by
updating qualification/date of first flight prior 1994/ incorporating acquired CPL
license etc.
2. License Detail Update – To appear in CPLCG or ATPLCG category examination by
incorporating their foreign license.
3. Experience Update – To appear in Technical Specific/performance papers of
Aeroplane with more than 5700 Kg AUW or Twin Engine Helicopter, Ground
Training Course from DGCA approved institute are to be updated.
4. Photo and Signature Update - The old candidates whose photograph and
Signature are not available in candidate’s profile, they must upload their
Photograph and Signature though profile update. Without updating photo and
signature, candidate will not be able to apply for examination.
Therefore the candidates desirous to appear in forthcoming Flight Crew
License examination must update their profile if required and send hard copy of
application along with requisite documents to CEO. All the application for update
profile as well as for issue of computer Number for New candidates must reach
CEO latest by 15-11-2018. Failing which the candidate will not be able to appear
in forthcoming examination.
